The Perils of an HYIP Investor
HYIP is an online investment firm. But unlike offline investments, HYIPs are riskier yet the cost of risk depends on an investors investment. Although most HYIP investors complain that they have been scammed, they are fully aware that most HYIPs are ponzis. I know people losing hundreds and hundreds of dollars in an HYIP and yet, that investor doesn’t learn a thing. So what are the perils of an HYIP investor and how to avoid them, here’s how:
Treating an HYIP as a Serious Investing Company
Most HYIP investors treat every HYIP as an alternative to offline investing since offline investing requires huge amounts of money to start with. What they didn’t know is that HYIP compared to offline investing is very risky. HYIP doesn’t have a company to start with. In fact a person who has $500 can start an HYIP immediately add $100 and their program will be professional looking with all those fake documents.
HYIP is just playing on investors so treat HYIP the way it should be treated, a Game. Just play the way it should be played and you’ll earn from it.
Giving 100% to a single HYIP
This should never be done even if intensive research was made. Investing on a single HYIP is suicide. There are many HYIPs to choose from and most emerges from day to day. So don’t invest all your money in a single HYIP just because their gains are high. Do not be tempted by the promotions and higher terms that HYIPs are offering since most of these are the only way to make a scamming HYIP survive long.
My suggestion is to divide your investing money into 5 and invest 4 of them on the HYIP that you like(I’ll tell you why I left one later on).
“One cannot tell the lifespan of an HYIP yet one can predict how long the program will go.”
Not Dividing for Himself
Since you have your investment money with you, are you gonna divide and invest it all? No. In order for you to have a surviving money with you, you must leave at least 20% of your investing money for yourself. As what I’ve told before, HYIPs are risky and we cannot tell how long the program will last. If for instance, all your chosen HYIPs went down all at once, you will have nothing left to continue on with your investments.
These mistakes had never changed since HYIP emerged. All were blinded by greed and the possibility of being rich quick. As a smart investor, control greed and be patient so that your investment will go long term.
